I WIRELESS HITS THE ROAD WITH NEW MOBILE STORE
Travelers may see something a bit different on Midwest highways this summer: a large, lime green customized bus with i wireless logos. Far from your typical public transportation, the vehicle is the newest addition to i wireless retail locations, a brand new Mobile Store.
The mobile store is equipped with the same full range of working phones and accessories as a traditional, stationary store allowing i wireless to be on-site and fully functioning virtually anywhere a bus can be driven. The bright lime green customized exterior will be hard to miss and serve as a “moving billboard” for added brand recognition.
“Not only is our full service mobile store an additional way to reach customers, it also allows us to provide more convenience and an improved customer experience. If your phone breaks at a fair or you have a question about your rate plan or bill during a baseball game, we’ve got you covered! We can access customer account information, make plan and equipment changes, process a bill payment real-time or even activate a new account,” says Director of Sales, Scott Ohlweiler.
Created by Hoglund Bus & Truck Company, the i wireless Mobile Store began its summer travels at the company’s June All Employee Meeting at the i wireless Center in Moline, IL and will continue to travel across Iowa, Illinois and Nebraska throughout the year.
