Commercial Mobile Alert Services

iWireless will stop transmitting wireless emergency alerts in 60 days, and you will no longer receive such alerts. As a result, you may terminate service without penalty. 

Emergency alerts are sent to wireless subscribers by authorized Federal, state and local authorities. These alerts are infrequent and are classified as follows: Presidential, Imminent Threat, and Amber Alerts. For FAQs on Commercial Mobile Alerts, click here.

If you choose to terminate service with iWireless, you must pay remaining service fees and handset installment fees. You won’t be charged a penalty or early termination fee.

NOTICE REGARDING TRANSMISSION OF WIRELESS EMERGENCY ALERTS (Commercial Mobile Alert Service)
 
Wireless emergency alerts are broadcast within portions of the iWireless service area, as defined by the terms and conditions of its service agreement, on wireless emergency alert capable devices. There is no additional charge for these wireless emergency alerts.
 
Wireless emergency alerts may not be available on all devices or in the entire service area, or if a subscriber is outside of the iWireless service area. For details on the availability of this service and wireless emergency alert capable devices, please ask a sales representative.
