How do I make changes using the my5 Account at www.iwireless.com?


It’s easy!  The first time you log on to set up your account, you will need to enter the account number, account owner’s Social Security Number, mobile number, and a valid email address (if you’re on a multiple line account, you must enter the account owner’s name and information with the relevant mobile number).  Your email address will be your username, and you will be asked to create a password.  After this initial set up, you will simply log in with your username (email address) and password, and you can make changes to your account.  Please note: there will only be ONE username and password for multiple line accounts; users on a multiple line account can access and change their my5 by selecting their mobile number from a drop box.  An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your changes, and when your changes go into effect, another email reminder will be sent to you.
