How do I return my phone?
If you need to return an item, follow these simple instructions:
- Return the item and all included packageing contents and accessories to the store you originally purchased it from.
- You will be asked to fill out a return form with a salesperson.
- Your phone and accessories will be sent to our warehouse to ensure there has not been liquid or other damages to the equipment.
- You will receive your refund in the mail within 60 days of your return.
*During the first 30 days of service, you may return or exchange your Unit one time. A valid proof of purchase (receipt) must be accompanied at the time of return or exchange. All original packaging is required and must be undamaged to avoid being assessed a $200 early termination fee. This policy applies only to Units purchased through i wireless. All Unit returns must be in "like new" condition with original packaging, battery, accessories and manuals. You will be responsible for all applicable airtime usage and fees. MEGAtalk phones and services, demo, refurbished, or special order Units are not eligible for returns.
