What can I do online?


You can view your make/model, premium and deductible, and even start a claim online. You can also get more information about filing a claim, and activating your replacement phone. We encourage everyone to set up a personal eSecuritel account by visiting Manage Account.

If I receive a replacement phone, as the result of an approved claim, am I insured for the new phone or device?
Yes. But it's possible that the premium and deductible could change. You will be notified if it does.
