Is my No Contract phone or service covered under the iGuarantee?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange your new device one time during the first fourteen (14) days of service. To receive a refund on your iWireless phone and or accessories, you must return it to the iWireless location in which you made the purchase. Refurbished and demo devices must be returned within three (3) days.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT & BOX — All returns require a proof of purchase (receipt) and must be in “like new” condition. The device must be returned with original packaging, battery, accessories and manuals undamaged.

RESTOCKING FEE — Returned or exchanged equipment is subject to a $35 restocking fee.

ACCESSORIES — Accessories may be returned within (fourteen) 14 days of purchase date. Accessories must be returned in “like new” condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. In-ear and/or Bluetooth devices may only be returned if the package is unopened and unused. All returns must be in “like new” condition: free from any wear, scratches, dings, dents, with no moisture or physical damage. Refunds will be credited in the identical tender paid to iWireless. Checks and cash refunds greater than $75 will be made by company check and mailed to you within 6-8 weeks.

NO CONTRACT CUSTOMERS
A $15 device replacement fee applies to replacement handset purchases. A $15 SIM replacement fee may also apply. No refunds can be given on activation fees, replacement fees, airtime/card purchases or feature cards.
